We helped a large multinational organisation to improve its approach to risk and security, operating in some of the most dangerous and challenging parts of the world.  We worked with C-Suite colleagues to define the requirement, focusing on its Pakistan operation.  Over a period of 3 months, we spent time in country, meeting staff and international stakeholders to ensure the product we delivered was meaningful and bespoke to the organisation, its strategy, culture and operating environment.  We have stayed in touch and are pleased that the observations made have resulted in significant changes to help keep people and the organisation safe and productive. 

 

We are currently working across UK policing with academics and stakeholders to analyse and make supportive observations on how investigations of the highest complexity and risk are led and managed.  This has involved collecting and analysing data, meeting key staff and senior stakeholders, providing detailed reports and helping track through improvements.  This work is delivering improvements across UK policing. 

 

Our direct experience includes leading highly complex and high-risk operational activity including protecting UK government, Royal Family and dignitaries from across the world and those at direct threat from state actors.  We have led large, complex events for over 100,000 people and involving close protection and CT elements.

We specialised in creating a ‘coaching culture’ in the workplace for one executive team and helped to deliver improvements in leadership culture and organisational performance. 

 

We have helped senior public sector leaders to reach the highest levels in their relative organisations and have utilised coaching approaches to improve team performance.  We have worked with people from the private sector to manage challenges both personal and professional, to release their full potential. 

 

Through our network, we have developed and delivered training packages for leaders across different sectors to equip them to lead through the most challenging circumstances.  For example, we deliver strategic crisis command training to UK and international government colleagues, using established models and scenarios together with practical exercises to embed learning. 

We deliver a comprehensive programme of strategic and tactical risk and crisis management training both to UK clients and senior people from across Europe and the Middle East.  We are working in Africa and with Crown Dependencies to understand what they need in the areas of training and exercising. 

 

Through our network, we deliver training across several UK police organisations, both civilian and military for senior people who manage risk on a daily basis. 

 

We played a leading role in developing and delivering one of the largest pan-country government exercises in recent years.  This involved working with hundreds of stakeholders to ensure the exercise was relevant and met the country’s needs.  It focused on one of the highest risks faced and involved ministerial oversight.  The exercise was delivered over an extended period with learning collated. 

 

We have designed and delivered short, focused, bespoke exercises and workshops for organisations who have a specific need to provide assurance or assess capability.  We have experience in public safety, large events, firearms, CT and multi-agency operations and exercising. 

We have experience across CT, Serious and Organised Crime, economic crime, cyber and insider threat.   

 

We led the restructure of two police organisation’s approach to crime investigation, delivering changes to culture, process and structure which led to significant improvements. 

 

We have investigated high profile figures and led highly sensitive investigations, often where life and personal safety is at risk.

We have assessed organisations’ approach to wellbeing and the stress levels felt by their workforce.  With internal stakeholders, we have created workplace wellbeing strategies that have significantly improved morale and employee ‘buy-in’, making happier, more productive people.
